Peeling of palm skin in winter !!

I'm 28-years old male and I've this problem from at least 12-13 years back. The skin on my palms flakes and peels. It's sweating as I type right now and it will dry up too somthing that's common in winter. After taking shower, the skin will be loose and it'll easily peel. This only happens in winter and goes away after winter. I don't use lots of soap or detergent in winter so I think it's an allergy or something ?!? It's really frustrating and it affects my personality a lot. Please help me find a remedy for this problem.

Dear Friend,
Please try homoeopathic medicine - "Petroleum 200" Morning and night for 1 week and apply mixture of glycerine and Rose water over the palms twice a day.

Report after 1 week.
