Dr mohla please take my case

23 years age
80 kg weight

student

sir i masturbated for about 5-6 years and i consulted the dr in forum but i did not found any major improvement.i recently took sulphur 10 m followed by lycopodium 10m after one day on 24th nov 2014 but found no major
improvement.i also have taken many meds earlier such as natmur 1m, mer sol 200 ,etc. i masturbated also during the treatment about 2-3 times a week

my new symptoms are:


Penis is limped and no unwanted erection .penis remains limped usually smaller than normal size. Erection is present in morning but lasts for small time. No unwanted erection present. Erection is weak.
veins are present on penis

I masturbate about 2-3 times in a week.

my energy level is good but when i masturbate i feel little weakness .

Penis tip is open a bit and more in morning.


Urine flow is good in starting but gradually decreases and at end urine dribbles and I have to apply pressure to urinate but only small drops comes out and there is need to urinate again and bladder does not get empty.i have to go to bathroom 2-3 times to pass urine fully and this problem is more in morning and night.bladder does not get empty fully as urine flow is poor.

Stool is soft and 2 times in morning.


Lips and tongue are dry and tongue is little white coated.


Thrist is very much.


Sometimes little burning feeling while passing stool not daily .


I cannot tolerate eating foods having more pepper but I like little salty food.


Gum bleeds little during brushing the teeth.


I have also lost hair in front side and lost hair is not growing back.


Numbness present in left foot sometimes when I sit for long time usually.


Lack of concentration and mind full of thoughts and imaginations.


Lack of confidence and shyness present


sometimes in hurry


My heart beat races up when giving a speech infront of my classmates


Weak memory.


Glow of face is gone away.


eyes sunken


Lazyness for doing any work and no passion of doing any hardwork related to studies or any other thing.


please help me to recover completely.
