Constipation: Pls Help Dr Deoshlok / Dr Pankaj Verma/ Dr Nawaz Khan
Dear friendsI am a long sufferer of this embarrassing ailment: constipation.
My diet is bland and I intake plenty of water.
I have in the past had some success with calcarea carb, mag phos 6x , pulsatilla and lycopodium but the success has not lasted. - Although pulsatilla cured my acidity problem of many years.
My main problem is that I do not feel a satisfactory evacuation early in the mornings. I need to go 2-3 times before I feel satisfied.
I understand that these symptoms are similar to that of nux vomica but that has hardly ever provided me relief.
Is there a remedy any of you can suggest ? My nervous disposition seems to worsen the constipation and every stool seems different to the last. This is the main reason I feel pulsatilla worked.
