dr kadwa and dr nawaZ khan ...help me i suffer chronic condition

First of all thanks for giving valuable time
My name is vijaya magaji from patna . Sex male .age 25 ..Minor cut in tip of my penis .dr prescribed nitric acid 200 .I took dose but I dont get any recovery..
Feel like hard where cut
Present status -Skin Scratches , hardness and cut not recover .please gives meany other good remedy asap recover...thanks

Please take three doses of Sulphur 200 as follows and see how that affects in next 15 days (only 3 doses in 15 days).
day 1 morning
1st dose
day 1 evening
2nd dose

If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Symtoms are

Present health problems: dry hard stool ,no complete defection,burning ,pain-last 1 yr
Details of the present health problems:
Origin -anus,
duration- pain lasting about 1-2 an hour
, progress,
present sensation at the site of lesion (pain, itching, soreness, burning etc)-
pain in anus after passing stool,no itching,burning
When the troubles get aggravated?

1.hypothyroidism problems
tsh level-14.74 date -6 month before
and t3 and t4 levels-normal
2. i wore supporter

i visited 3 gastroenterologist -they prescribed laxatives and psyllium husk
currently i used laxatives only but not help proper .
and sitz bath .
-surgeon prescribed shield ointment for reducing swollen but
swollen are not reduced .
while washing anus i can feel swallon
size like small pea sized on the right side of the anus wall
they told me no need to surgery ...
