Erectile dysfunction - Chest pressure

Masturbation(watched porn) since childhood even before puberty, quit since few yrs back.
No signs of recovery since I quit. If I watch porn just to check myself I become unstable within few minutes
Erection is weak and begin to ejeculate within a minutes, can't do masturbation anymore, released cum is less in quantity. Moring erection is irregilar.
Had some Hamdard related medicines but no benefit just pain due to overdose but now OK and stopped.
I feel pain(sensation) in my calf(back leg) muscles after night fall or ejectulation (which lasts for few days) and lower back pain(might also be due to sitting job, IDK)

I have old problem of palpitation OR chest pressure.
I m very sensitive worrisome fearful.
I get irregular sleep due to my call center job.
I'm 26 yrs old, about to get married. I am always worried about my future life.
Appreciate your advice.

Please take three doses of Calcarea Carb 200 as follows and see how that affects in next 15 days (only 3 doses in 15 days).

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

Doc, Tried but not much effects.
Still having back ache. Also, I had night falls 2-3 days continuously(with lesser released semen each day, few drops third day, which I'm very concerned). There is numb sensation and lack of energy in my legs.Also, chest pressure OR palpitation is there for years.

Doc,

I tried both of them and noticed that there is relief and a bit better but not fully recovered. There is still some backache that I notice while sitting(I sit straight) and there is palpitation felt with little chest pressure.Slight pain still there in calf, after a nightfall in 25 days. Still have negative thoughts about by sexual health.

P.S. : Don't know why however long do I abstain (it's been three yrs) from porn,if I watch just for 5-10 mins I begin to ejaculate ! Same is the problem if I self stimulate(though I don't but just to test myself in half year). About masturbation allopaths say that its because as we masturbate we get to know more ourselves(our body) how to stimulate our organ and hence lesser and lesser time as we keep on masturbating. So to them, 30 secs or even less is OK. Just wanted to know what Homeopathy says regarding this .

Erection and ejaculation depends a lot on the state of mind. It is also true that the universal law of diminishing marginal utility also applies here.

Please repeat three doses of Phosphorus 200.

I agree that it is due to state of mind. So does that mean that there is no disease like premature ejaculation, impotency, delayed erection etc. it's just the state of mind ??
I'll try the next dose of phosphorus.

The disease manifests in body but it has it's seat in mind. Therefore both the approaches work but the approach that addresses the latter aspect gives better results.
