Can homeopathy help me?

Hey,
Im a 25 years old male suffering from anxiety, panic attacks and severe agoraphobia. Its been 2 years since I left the house.
1.Each symptom in as much detail as possible. For example, for a headache, describe the type of pain (ie sharp, dull, stabbing, pulsating etc etc)
I feel anxious my heart beats fast and powerful all the time, thoughts keep repeating in my mind..songs too and i cant stop them, dry mouth, hot flases,my palms are sweating,my legs feel like jelly, butterflies in stomach, sensation of claw in my chest, pressure and a burning feeling in head, severe mood swings, pressure in ears ,shaking.Since 6 months ago I started crying almost daily(maybe I got depressed because I cant stand this hell anymore).

2.Where each symptom is located (ie at right temples) Heart, chest, head.

3.What first started it off (ie walking in a cold wind) Got no idea, didnt had any traumatic episode.

4.What first started it off (ie walking in a cold wind) Its the same all the time.

5.When it feels better (ie lying down in a dark room, when warm, when cold) Maybe a little better when I am in very tight rooms.or small rooms.

6.Your sleep pattern and details of any recurring dreams.
Sleep pattern cycle bettern normal and disrupted(sleeping during day and awake at night)
Regarding the dreams they most of the time they are about my dead grandmother which I loved alot and died 6 years ago, dreaming that my friends invite me to go out for a drink and i refuse them because i cant go out, and tonight I had a dream about a huge lake in which there were 3-4 huge anaconda snakes swalloging people that were there for a picnic and I was soo afraid only me and another guy escaped.

7.What you are sensitive to (ie, heat, cold, touch, criticism, etc) A little bit to cold.

8.Your state of mind (fears, anxieties, attitudes, moods, etc) Agoraphobia, fear of heights, fear of being on a bridge that has a big height,I have extreme rage episodes(and i dont know why because i used to be very calm). And a few months ago I started crying...and I feel there is no way out anymore I tried everything in those 10 years.

9.Any desires or aversions for particular foods, and wether certain foods make you feel better or worse.
None.Maybe cucumbers...I hate the smell, never eat them.

10.Details of any major diseases suffered in past.
None.I do have Hashimoto's but my TSH is normal.I am not hypo or hyper yet, just got some antibodies and they are in the low range so thats good now.

11.Detals of any reactions to other medicines taken.
Bad reactions to fluroquinolones 19 months ago.

12.History of homeopathic treatment if any.
I am seeing a homeopathic practioner who is doing homeopathy for the last 10 years.
Im taking some remedies but its been 4 months and I feel exactly the same.
She gave me Nux Vomica, Argentum Nitricum, Arsenicum Album, Phosporus,Causticum,Lycopodium, Stratomonium, Aurum Metalicum,Sepia.
All doses were CH6 except Stratomonium which is CH30.(hope i spelled their names corectly).

13.All other symptoms you have (ie watering eyes, cold feet, thirst).
Vibrating feeling in the nerves(in my soles), sometimes achy muscles and joints.

PS:I took antidepressants for 9 years(I never was depressed, they were prescriebed for anxiety) and stopped them 14 months ago because they were not doing anything. Now I feel a little depressed but i wasnt depressed until i took them. But maybe I am depressed because I CAN'T GO OUT AT ALL.And I am a very sociable person I love to talk and had a very active life playing football for a club, modeling, going fishing and parting every week until this anxiety hit me.But my BIG PROBLEM is that i cant go out at all thats killing me.

Sorry for the eventual typing mistakes im typing fast and my hands are shaking and english is not my mother tongue.

I would appreciate some answers from someome who is practicing homeopathy.
Thank you.
