2 month baby with acid reflux III

Hello, I am writing to see if anyone can help me with my baby's situation. He is 2mo and was diagnosed with GERD III after doing the barium radiography. He is currently taking Motilium oral suspension (domperidone) 3 times a day, 30 mins before eating and Nexium 2.5mg (esomeprazole) 2 times a day. He is a very calm baby and usually only cries to eat, every 2-3hrs. or when he is about to vomit or poo. After taking the medicine he has been better but he still vomits on a daily basis, sometimes just a little bit but other times a lot (it looks like almost everything he ate). I am breastfeeding him and have stopped taking all the food that could be hurting with the help of a nutritionist, sometimes i give him formula (Enfamil Nutramigen) as well, usually at night and only 2-3 bottles a day. According to the pediatritian he is gaining weight accordingly, last time we went to check him he was 10 pounds and around 20 in. He also told us that his GERD could go away until he turns 9-12 mo :( I have read about Nat Phos 6x and was wondering if it could help my baby or if there is any other remedy i could use.
