sneezing and runny nose, clear
I must breath through my mouth now because my nose is with burning when breathing. Sulphur and pulsatilla come up the most in the chart, and kali mur also.suziart on 2014-10-29

if u mean that u have sneezing and runny nose before after it cure there is burning sensation in ur nose then first thing u do is apply coconut oil inside ur nose with the help ur little finger do it like this in interval of half hour for 2-3 times if no relief
in 250 ml of hot water add 10tabs each of kali mur 6x and ferrum phos 6x mix it (u may keep the mixture in a bottle after it cool down) take two tea spoon of mixture in every half an hour for one day and report back.

Thanks for you information. It is better now. First two days I used the cocoanut oil as prescribed. Third day I had the remedies on hand, at 30C so I used those as prescribed. The Ferrum Phos was 20 years old. I felt somewhat better from the cocoanut oil but a marked change from the mixture every half hour. Still not back to normal so I went to the Natural Food Store and purchased the 6C of Kali Mur and Ferrum Phos. They didn't have 6x, but at the start now of the morning after I started with these, I feel markedly better. I will continue every half hour with these 6C. Thank you very much!

dear suziart,
if u are using 6C than do not add it in hot water use water at room temperature and keep it in a close bottle .continue the medicine till u get completely cure.when u feel u are completely cure from that day take the remedy for 5 more day only two dose a day (in 12 hour) after that stop taking medicine.

Hi gaintrox, I followed your advice and it definitely helped. then I got back to work, and I stopped the remedy and stayed up late one night and I had a relapse. So I am starting all over again with the cocoanut oil and the remedy, and this time I purchased the 6c of kali mur locally. I guess I didn't follow the part of take oly two doses a day in 12 hours for 5 more days and that is why I had the relapse. Please advise.

Hi gaintrox, This relapse is strong and so far after following your instructions for two days, every two hours, there is no relief from constant runny nose.
I have an appointment which was set up months ago with the manager of the Bekeley Homeopathy Clinic. I prefer your advice if it is still forthcoming.
