My father 60 years old and he is suffering from skin is growing like cauliflower(No itching) in black color on face beside nose and eye. Black cauliflower on skin size is 1 inch around.Please give some remedy...

I uploaded image of the growth.
My father is short(5.5 feet and 67kg weight) and his mental condition is normal, could not find any peculiarity.

He did not talk much, he can do his things on his own
List down around 5 positive and 5 negative shades in his personality and thought process.
Positive: he always do on his own, sometimes those may be reverse
Looking smart even in this age.
Negative: He did not think about family and house
I mean welfare of the family.
How did this start?
initially it start with small black spot at the age of 40. During 20 years it has grown up like this.
How does it respond to touch or pressure?
It does not itching even when he touches nothing is sensing through his fingers. Even in pressure it does not get any pain.
Any pain or sensation when touched, rubbed or pressed?
No
