4 week old diagnosed with "colic" but showing signs of silent reflux ?

My lo has been great until she hit 3 weeks old and then I started to see a change at first it was just crying at night around 7 to 10 pm but then as the days went on it became every time she woke up . And now she hardly sleeps without waking . Her signs consist of constant hunger witch she is bottle fed, gassy ,hiccups all the time . She had always made grunting noise since birth but I bbelieve that may be a sign . She doesn't spit up but I know she's in pain . And I'm not taking colic as the answer ! Anyone have this issue . It's hurts to see her like this I'm a mommy of three and never had this problem with my first two .
