Pls help - advice required

I have been facing lot of health problems since last 4/5 years.
If you have time then please go through my case and suggest something for me.

Your help will be really appreciated.

on 01/12/12 had sever back pain on the left side, thought could be because of cold...had a back massage for 4-5 days...pain disappeared but had same kind of pain on the 08/12/12 went to doctor...doctor said it is pneumothorax.
got hospitalized... a tube was inserted for five days and lots x ray was taken which showed lung has been expanded again. In the evening the tube was removed. Next morning lot of dry cough and breathlessness....x rays were removed which showed again pneumothorax and Hydro pneumothorax ( collapsed lung and water)...next day a pig tail tube was inserted some tests were done which were normal, afetr the tube was inserted in the evening when i coughed , a mild red colour fluid came out through the tube which was inserted on the left side (approx 100 ml)...next morning after some blood test which showed my oxygen level normal doctors decided to discharge me from the hospital with the tube. after 4 days was asked to do a ct scan which still shows air, doctors are not able to decide whether it is air in the cavity or a bullae...they were considering for pleurodesis for which i was not ready. . but doctors came to a conclusion that it is the bullae which can be seen in the scan..hence nothing needs to be done till further compliactions arise.

Physical Ailments
pain on the left upper back and front of chest (left side) started after the tube was inserted and it is still there. And the pain is not outer pain...it pains inside by body..like my lungs are been poked and upper back and chest pains from inside.outer body just feels energyless.


The likely cause for above problems
Had on/off fevers around two years ago, met doctors..lots of tests were done and all the tests were normal…lastly Ct scan was done which was normal only showed an apical bullae on the left side of the lungs and it is still there, on which the doctors said it is very small and will never rupture and we don’t have to worry about it (most off the doctors said the same thing ).Doctors also did a gold TB test , which is a test for tuberculosis.which showed kind of high, but as they said i don’t have any tb symptoms...no need to start TB medication Started doing yoga (kapalbhaati and pranayam) . I have mentioned yoga but I don’t know whether it is relevant to my case or not .


What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?
when all this started two years ago , my platelet count used to be around 90,000 to 1,10,000…met a hematologist for this after examining my blood he said platelet count was normal just they were clotted so the machine is not able to read and adviced to go for manual platelet counting in future, but after the rupture of this bullae I have noticed that my platelet count is normal by machine counting also. Even had allergic rhinitis since two years which has also stopped. Now I have started thinking this was happening because of that apical bullae. Also had a problem of white fluid coming out through urine path while passing stool was taking chandraprabha vati currently which I have stopped.
Still have my nose blocked, there is no problem in exhaling but have problems while inhaling. I feel that i am not able to inhale proper amount of oxygen my body needs and the air i breath does not reach completely in my lungs.Also have head pain because of this. But whenever i stretch the skin of my nostrils below the eyes, the breathing pathway becomes free and i am able to breath freely. Whenever i am sitting with a pillow behind my back my left side becomes really heavy..feels like i am not able to breath..my nostrils get stuck.

when i have to do tiresome work or if i walk for more than 45 minutes or do some tiresome job..my whole body starts paining even the joints. My eyes and head feel very heavy. My whole body , hands are kind of shaking from inside and it remains for 2-3 days till the body becomes normal again., I get lots of negative thoughts. whenevr i bend 2-3 drops of yellowish fluid with very bad odour comes out of my nose.

What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?
I have pain but I understand that is due the tube which is inserted on the left side of chest …..but after my last ct scan report doctors said that ct scan still showed air, doctors are not able to decide whether it is air in the cavity or a bullae...
In the end the team of doctors said it could be bullae which can be seen in the scan, hence no action was taken, they said it will be there and if in future it burst again the same procedure will be followed of inserting tube and removing the air...but till then nothing needs to be done.



What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst?

That I am gonna die , will not be able to achieve things which i have planned for as it requires hard work and my body is not with me.

Good feelings about my family and friends.Feel bad about my self as i see people and friends acheiving so many things in life and i am not. But I have still not informed my friends about my current situation because I don’t like people seeing me in this state.

What are your fears and do you dream of any situation repeatedly?
Fears – that I may die or will become a burden for my family if I have to stay like this for all my life

What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions?
Crave for Non veg and dont like simple food

Is there any kind of food which your body can’t stand?

Less…..could be because I am thin

How is your bowel movement and stool type?
stool is normal but feel that stomach is not clean, as i have bad gas problem even if my stomach is empty and have proper mottions.

How well do you sleep? Do you have a particular posture of sleeping?
It is normal…but the day I have lot of thoughts in my mind I am not able to sleep. Posture : currently is straight, but otherwise it is sideways


Do you think you are able to satisfy your sexual desires in general?
No . I have lot of sexual urges..which i feel i am not able to satisfy. sometimes masturbation doesnt help. I am masturating since i was in eighth grade...i think i use to do it in excess.Now atlest 3/4 times in a month.i have also faced problems of nightfall for whioch i did ayurvedic medication. even now after masturbating there is lots of weakness.

How do you think you are different from others, if at all?
I think I am very thin with a body weight of 40 kg and a height of 166 cm , which makes me under weight… but I am thin since childhood .But i dont want be thin i have tried lots of homeopathy and ayurvedic meds for gaining weight that didnt help( Like China, alfalfa, ashwagandha ras as well as powder, even endura mass) Buut nothing helped



What medications have been taken earlier by you to treat the diseases and do you have any particular symptom surfacing after the medication?
Have taken ayurvedic and homeopathic medicenes for few days…but problems didn’t relieved , currently taking lemna minor 200 and gelsimium 200 in pills thrice daily
