Irregular heavy clotted bleeding

From Pakistan, recently moved to. North America
House wife
Normal to high blood pressure
Body Type: normal
Height: 5Â’4
Weight: 60 kg
Not diabetic but family history
General appearance: healthy.
Like sweet thing more, no thirst
Color of discharge is red but clots are bakish
kids :2 boys one girl
last baby: 3 years baby girl
By nature sensitive, soft hearted
I have been having irregular period at least once a year since it came when I was young. after I delivered babbies(boys) then between and after that period I had no irregularities but after when my 2nd baby was 3 years old my irregularities started then I used to go for birth control pills for three months then after 3rd month then I conceived the no irregulrites till my 3rd baby was 20 months old(I fed her)In July 2013 Then my period did not stop until took birth control pills for 3 months again(prescribed by Dr.) now after 1o months my menses were due at the end of July 2014but they came 7th sep 2014

Sep..spotting a little on first day till fourth day then after then heavy bleeding with clot. some time big clots some time small clots .and some time flow slowdown some time heavy till now(22 sep 2014.dr mehfooz prescribed me that pulsatilla 200 once a week and Sabine 30 ...5 drops three times a day ...I have taken all that but still bleeding could not completely stop kindly tell me what I should do....

3)6 months before my vitamin d level was too low
4)some time i feel urine pressure when i have to pass clot or blood.
5)currently i am taking sabina 30 three time a day daily and pulstilla 200 once a week. should i continue them as i feel my period r under control .acept some time as bleeding increases.
my bleeding has always been clotted in this situation.and never stop until i take treatment,
i have taken birth control treatment before which regularized my period for ten months

Sir I started ipecacuanha 30 on Saturday and until now (tuesday) only 1 dose is left and it really worked and bleeding flow has really decreased specially clotting has stopped but still i have some sporting mean period has not completely finished yet so just wants to ask that: should I continue it or stop taking ipecauc ..kindly answer me ....thank u again

I have started calc phos 200c and taken two doses out of three but no improvement even a little speed in the bleeding flow has increased (you did not clear that ipeacauhce should continue or not as I stoped taking it...kindly tell me what I should do please

Sir kindly tell abt the previous treatment ....should I continue (calc phos ) along with ipeacauce or I stop it and continue only Ipeacauce ...and as I told u that ipeacauce really worked as it slow down the flow but it does not help me in stopping bleeding.and after taking Calc Phos , I am feeling a little pressure at the lower part of my body and having some sensational feeling. A little headache ...along with I just want to tell some thing more abt me which might help in selecting right remedy:
1). In normal situation I have been having backache which increases when periods overdue.
2) I am constipated mostly and gastric problem also but not severe.
When ever my periods overdue then they come with abnormal flow.
Last year when I had this problem then I noticed a white layered clot bigger than normal .but periods stopped after birth control pills treatment......kindy tell me what should I do,,many thanks for taking time ....waiting

Let's wait for a couple of days.
Continue with Ipecacuanha 30C as suggested.
Also, take one dose of Lycopodium 200C when you get up in the morning, only for 1 morning.

My situation is getting worse day by day ...no improvement....calc phone disturbed the flow..now bleeding is a little havey than before with clots... I do not think that I should wait more and see...I may get more weak if this situation will continue....I took sepia 200 instead lycopodium...bus lycopodium was not available ..kindly suggest me
