Fading Red spots from acne

Hello everyone I'm seeking help not with my acne which I have learned to control, but with how to help quicken the healing process after the acne has occured. Currently I have red spots all over my cheeks and some faded darker pigment spots scattered elsewhere. I'm happy I've gotten my acne under control but it doesn't look that much better than it did since these reminders still remain. It takes about a year for my scars to fade completely and since I had bad breakouts over the summer I don't really want to go through my senior year of high school with all this stuff on my face. The spots are pretty small but since they are so densely clustered it looks terrible. Any help would be appreciated, feel free to ask questions. Thanks in advance

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Try applying egg white to the face let dry an dwash off - works great with scars.
