Dear mathews,

I do not want to create panic in you but since you are a dibetic, as a safety measure you need to get following two investigation done as a precaution:-

1. Cardiac evaluation for your heart.

2. An orthopedic examination for any type of spinal problems like spodolysis, rotator cuff etc.

It is always good to play safe.

Take ARNICA MONT 200 one dose in the morning for three days & watch for a week. It should reduce slowly within few days.

No massage or hot application please.

Now take one dose of SULPHUR 200 only once & give a gap of two clear days & then take ONLY one dose (5 pills) of ARNICA MONT 1000(1M) & watch for a week,

Sorry for delayed response but I had stopped taking medicines after Oct14 since there was no relief.
Finally I showed to an orthopedic in Jan 1st week , xray did not reveal anything and he concluded that the tissues cartilage (jhilli) is strained and can be corrected through exercise.
However the pain killers he gave are not effective and it hurts when i exercise and the pain is unbearable.

Can some one suggest some homeopathic treatment to reduce this pain so that i can use it and also excercise? maybe it will take a longer period.
