right shoulder is dislocated due to this Librium tear

Please advise some medicine as my right shoulder is dislocated and mri reports shows that there is a Librium tear in the shoulder.i wore the shoulder immobilizer for a 20 days.My shoulder was already placed back to the same position and i am doing physiotherapy as per orthopedic instruction.
Since there is Librium tear around the shoulder.so I would like to heal this by homeopathy treatment.
I have already taking Ruta G 6C along with symphytum 200 and taken arnica 200 for initial pain. please advice

Have a dose of Bellis Perennis 200c on the first day and whenever there is excessive pain.

Then start off with Ruta 6c, single dose daily for 2 weeks.
