Incomplete Bowel Evacuation

Dear Doctor,

Mostly my bowel is not completely evacuated in the morning inspite of 2/3 times of defecation if the bowel doesn't completely empty it becomes bloated associated with a strong sensations to my mind that something present in my stomach throughout the day due to this I am not able to concentrating on my work

I am suffering from this last 3/4 years.

There is no pain my stomach during the bowel movement.However after evacuation gas filled in my stomach

To keep stool soft i take some kind of laxaltive like:-Triphala or Isabgol on regular basis.Using such laxatives in substatial quatity normally bowel becomes emptied within 2 times W/O taking laxative normally i do not feel any urge to go to bahtroom for defecation. However if go then stool movement has occured but in small quantity.


1.Is this symptom IBS or any other disease

2.why my i do not have urge to go for bowel movement if i have not taking laxative.

Please suggest any remedy

other detials for my self are as follows:-

Lifestyle & History

1.Age-39 years

2.Weight-65 kg

3.Height-5.7'

4.Operated for grade 3 pilesin the year 2010

5.Sitting job.

6.very moderate drinking habit 2/3 times a week.

7.Occasionally non veg.

8.Moderate exercise brisk walking & skipping

9.Smoking 2 times a day.

Please suggest any remedy

1. Nux Vomica-30 6 pills twice a day for one week and give feedback
