When to stop a remedy?

How do we know when to stop an anti-psoric remedy that is being given, which is improving a chronic condition?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Always stop if any symptoms worsen.

Always stop if any new symptoms appear.

Always stop if there has been a significant improvement in the overall case.

I should also point out, since I realise now that I have prescribed you a medicine, that you should stop when the prescriber tells you to - so at the end of the prescribed course, assuming one of the situations I have mentioned hasn't occurred.
