Metastatic Squamous cell carcinoma
My father was diagnosed with Metastatic squamous cell carcinoma. Metastatic is only local and regional. As per PET it is not detected or spread to any other organsHe had difficulty in breathing and eating.
The tumor was compressing food and wind pipe externally.
We have received 3 cycles of chemotherapy, tumor has been reduced to 10mm * 15mm size. Now they are suggesting Radiation for 7 weeks . Is there a way out to treat this disease without radiation and cure it.
