small white spot inside cheek

I am 45 years old having chronic constipation problem with many times getting blood with stool. While taking triphola with warm water get some releaive from constipation and bleeding with stool. I am taking this for last 6-7 Years. Presently a little white spot with rough surface ( feel when touch with toungue) developed in last months in right inside cheek. many ayurvedic medicine I have tried but no result. Another small hip develop in left side of inside cheek with normal colour. Please advice

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Your remedy is: Nux-Vomica 200c.

HOW TO TAKE THE REMEDY:
Please take one dose. Just one dose. Not daily.
Report back in 15 days with changes observed.

WHAT IS A DOSE:
If remedy is Pills/Pellets:
One dose is one pill.
Dissolve the pill in your mouth.

WHAT IS A DOSE:
If remedy is liquid:
Put one drop of the remedy in half glass of water, stir and take one tea spoon from it.
That’s one dose.

TIME OF DOSE:
At night before sleeping.
Don’t take any more dose or any other remedy unless I tell you.

PRECAUTIONS:
Don’t take any other homeopathic remedy during this treatment.
Give a break of at least 10 minutes before eating/drinking anything before or after taking the remedy.
During the course of treatment, don’t eat/drink anything which you have never had all your life.

HOMEOPATHIC AGGRAVATION
Sometimes the symptoms for which treatment is being done can worsen after taking the homeopathic remedy. This is homeopathic aggravation and a good sign. It usually dies down within 24-48 hrs. During this time you can use any non-medicinal means to keep yourself comfortable. If the aggravation seems excessive, you can use any & all means necessary (including taking allopathic medicines) to keep yourself comfortable. Keep your homeopath fully updated if this happens.

HOW TO GIVE FEEDBACK:
A good example of how to report your progress is by giving %age improvement for all your health problems e.g.
Headache: 30% better
Low energy level: 50% better
Anxiety: 40% better
Sadness: No change
Depression: Worse
And so on list all your complaints.

DIETARY & EXERCISE GUIDELINES:
Use common sense in following these guidelines, if you are unsure then ask me. Homeopathy is not magic and it can only work when all other supportive strategies are also used. To make sure you are cured as fast as possible and stay that way please change your lifestyle to include the following:

1. Start eating half cup of low fat, plain, non-flavored yogurt with live cultures daily in the morning or with lunch. If you have homemade yogurt that’s the best.
2. Stop all processed foods e.g. white bread, white rice, white burgers etc.
3. Eat whole foods only i.e. whole grain bread, brown rice, brown burgers etc.
4. The bread should be high in bran content & the flour should be coarse ground.
5. Start eating a small bowl of salad at least once a day e.g. it should contain cucumber, carrots, salad leaves, tomato and any vegetable you like. Put a dressing of olive oil & raw apple cider vinegar and put some salt & black pepper to your liking.
6. Eat at least 1-2 fruits per day e.g. apple, orange etc.
7. Drink enough water so that your urine is clear. Yellow colored urine is a good indication that you are dehydrated.
8. Eat only when hungry and when eating, don’t overstuff yourself.
9. Focus on food only when you eat i.e. don’t divert your attention by watching tv etc.
10. Exercise:
• Aerobic activity e.g. Start walking at least 30 minutes a day for 5 days a week with your spouse/friend and achieve your target heart rate.
• Strength training e.g. Start weight training at least 20 minutes 3 days a week.

NOTE: Yogurt can cause increased mucus generation in some individuals, if you are like that, don’t eat yogurt. Rather start eating roasted black chick peas (also known as Bengal Gram) daily.

GENERAL INFO ABOUT HOMEOPATHIC PRESCRIBING:
If someone is giving several remedies, without waiting to see the effect of one remedy, then it is totally against the core principles of homeopathy. Such an approach is unlikely to give permanent cure, rather it may distort actual symptoms making subsequent cure even more difficult.

Sir,
After taking Nux Vomica 200 on 5th July, I found the whitish colour is getting lighter in one - two days and I became happy thinking that the spot will vanish in next 15 days. After 3-4 days I found colour not changing any more, Earlier I was feeling a rough surface when I touch the white spot with my toungue but now I feel roughness has decreases to some extend. Another hip( small ball type thing) in left cheek has not changed, after taking medicine i found in 3 -4 days time it became littlebit softer.

Before this medication also Many times I suffered with Gas problem in stomach and develop fearness and sadness with out any reason and constipation is there for last 25 years. Many time also I Loose my confidence also but after taking that medicine i felt more comfort related to fearness and sadness in first week and from last Tuesday i am feeling very uncomfort means more fearness, sadness and gas trouble. I do exercise and pranayama every day since 1992 that includes walking and some aerobics for about 30 minutes and pranayama about 40 minutes.

for last 3 years I am completely vegetarian not takes spicy food and every day i takes one apple with lot of salad. i start taking Bengal gram after your advise also. i have kept it with me and when ever i feel hungry during office hour, I take Bengal gram. From last Tuesday-15th july i observe the symptom of inner fearness and gas getting more and i feel my energy level is getting down and so as confidence level also. Last 2/3 days i feel little headache started after taking break fast.
I was using hard tooth brush earlier and in last 15 days I have changed to soft tooth brush. for constipation I am taking triphola regularly in night and taking some ayurvedic medicine for bleeding with stool and Gas problem for last 3 months

In addition to this I also suffer with high BP and takes allopathic medicine NEBICARD 2.5mg daily for last 7 years.

Most of the time I feel anxiety and stress with a little work pressure that I think lowering my confidence

I have remembered, when I was 18 years old 1st time I suffered with constipation and bleeding with stool and that time One of the very experienced Homeopathic doctor had given a medicine where the doctor has written NV-30 ( May be nux vomica 30) I had taken this regularly for 1 - 2 months and I have remembered this stool/constipation problem has gone out for many years.

Please click on my username to know about me. It will help you establish the reliability of what is written below. I am very critical about the sources where I gather info from. It’s mostly universities or government sources that I gather my info from.

If you want to be healthy, be at an optimum weight, have great digestive system, be full of energy and a great sex drive then you can follow the below guidelines for 3 months and the results will speak for themselves. Overweight people have shown a decrease of approx. ½ to 1 lb per week following these guidelines till they reached the optimum weight for their bodies.

But before you try to follow them you have to know what is the difference between a “Diet” and “Lifestyle Change”.

A “diet” is only for a few days e.g. soup diet, vegetable diet etc. These are not sustainable and sooner or later people get sick of them and revert to their old ways & habits and loose whatever benefits they gained!

A “lifestyle change” on the other hand consists of sensible & conscious choices that you make which you know will last a lifetime because these are choices which show results slowly but surely and permanently.

DIETARY GUIDELINES:
1. Eat 5 walnuts a day. Walnuts should be in their shell till the time you are going to eat them. Pre-shelled nuts go rancid and are harmful instead of being healthy. Walnuts help boost HDL (good cholesterol) which cleans and removes the plaque deposits from your arteries.
2. Eat 5 almonds a day. Almonds should be in their shell till the time you are going to eat them. Pre-shelled nuts go rancid and are harmful instead of being healthy. Almonds provide several essential nutrients especially Vitamin-E which reduces inflammation in your body, improves your immune system and makes heart healthy. Almonds also make sex drive stronger.
3. Eat a raw clove of garlic everyday by crushing it or chopping it into fine pieces and letting it sit for 10 minutes. Doing this makes the garlic super potent in helping you fight inflammation. It’s the best known naturally occurring antibacterial & antifungal.
4. Start eating half cup of low fat, unsweetened, non-flavored yogurt with live cultures daily in the morning or with lunch. If you have homemade yogurt that’s the best. 11. Eat only when hungry and when eating, don’t overstuff yourself.
12. Focus on food only when you eat i.e. don’t divert your attention by watching tv etc.

CONSTIPATION:
If you suffer from constipation, you need to understand the difference between SOLUBLE and INSOLUBLE fiber. If you have a tendency towards constipation then in addition to the abovementioned guidelines for diet, you need to add INSOLUBLE fiber. A few good sources of insoluble fiber are broccoli, whole wheat, bran, husk etc. This fiber stimulates good bowel movement.
SOLUBLE fiber on the other hand slows down digestion. A few good sources of soluble fiber are apple, oats, banana etc. If you want to REDUCE CHOLESTEROL then consume soluble fiber. You can search the internet for more info on these fiber types.

EXERCISE GUIDELINES:
1. Aerobic activity e.g. Start walking at least 30 minutes a day for 5 days a week with your spouse/friend and achieve your TARGET HEART RATE.
2. Strength training e.g. Start weight training at least 20 minutes 3 days a week.
NOTE: If you have a physical injury or other issues, consult your physician before embarking on the strength training. Search internet to know what is Target Heart Rate for exercise.

I advise to use “Raw, unfiltered, unpasteurized, apple cider vinegar” because it contains the wholesome goodness of vinegar not spoiled by processing. Same approach is used for yogurt, no artificially sweetened, processed, flavored yogurt, just have it as close to the way it naturally comes as possible.
I advise to use almonds & walnuts which are in their shell till you want to eat them because pre-shelled nuts become rancid and do damage to your body instead of benefit.

No need of a remedy at this time, maybe later. Just follow these guidelines for a month and report back.

If you take a remedy now, you definitely will make everything worse.

Honestly speaking
I am in the same life style for last 3 years. Still I am suffering. I take Almonds every day.. I am only 2 KG Overweight according to my height. I am completely vegetarian and never takes spicy and junk food. I well understand the benefit of fiber food and daily takes 1 to 2 Apple along with Green Salad. Do exercise regularly. Drink enough water minimum 4 liters. Eat only when hungry and when eating, never overstuff and never eat along with seeing TV. Still I am suffering with this problem. now you tell me further medication is required or not.

walking 30 minutes (3kms), stretching exercises 10 minutes. push-up and sit-up for another 10 minutes. Along with this I do pranayama every day for another 30 minutes that includes all 7 pranayamas of RamDev Baba.
