Delayed Milestone
My younger brother having delayed milestone.White complexion,Height 6'11',weight 180 lbs and age 26years.
High blood pressure ,Gout,joint pain
Mind:Contradiction aggravates,Tears clothes when alone(very prominent).ithchy skin scratch until bleeds(especially palm and feet),shivers when he get angry,Took long time when urinating.Talk with himself when alone.sluttering speech.aversion of cilantro.Right shoulder pain frequently.easily sweats especially forehead.aversion to work.

h/o persistent bed wetting till 15 years of age.
h/o delayed milestone in childhood.starts walking and talking at the age of 3.
p/h/o surgery for hernia and hydrocele.
2001-urine alb and mild bilateral hydronephrosis.hypertension with proteinuria with chronic kidney disease on usg.
medicines taking today
tab repace af 1daily
tab dilzem sr 90 mg twice
tab zyloric 100 mg 1 daily
tab ramistar 2.5 mg 1 daily
psychiatric rx
tab tolaz md 5(olanzapine)5mg two times a daily.

So 'delayed milestone' isn't relevant to his situation now, he just had a couple of them in his past.

Yes Delayed milestone is not relevant.He is not able to give his own case,language problem but i can give you more info.
Right now He is very stubborn and also avoid to do any kind of physical work.Contradiction aggravates and tears clothes when no one is around.Few days ago he broke my laptop for no reason. When asked he said he dont know what happen to him at that time when he broke laptop.
