This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Nux Sulph is a famous protocol. Sulph in the morning and Nux in the evening has great impact on the GI tract.

Calc-Lyc-Sulph is a famous trio. Here dosing is not done daily. Each remedy is allowed it's own time.

HOw much time? A day or days? For 30 potency and for 200 potency.

The person taking the remedy should assess his own time. It depends on the extent of penetration made by the dose. A dose which penetrates deep should be given time to work.

There are no rules for dosing as you are asking for. Dosing is done individually, looking at various factors in the case, and by assessing the reaction to see what needs to be done. Repeating, waiting, increasing potency, changing frequency, changing the size of the dose - all these things will be looked at depending entirely on what kind of reaction the patient is having.
