Planter fasciitis - need help
I have Plantar Fasciitis and Heel Spur in both my foot.I am having this problem since past 1 yrs and recently went for an x-ray where heel spur(calcaneal spurs) were confirmed , they are sharp .I get pointed pain on that specific area of spur while I stand for more than 15 mins OR walk for more than 20 mins even with MCR insole footwear / silicon heel cup.This problem has been really become chronic as icing/contrast bath /ultrasound/waxing has been of no help .Please suggest me Homeopathy medicine for dissolving the spur/calcium deposit related bone growth.shadablko on 2014-06-25

Pl take
1. Rhus Tox-200 6 pills twice a day
2. Calc Phos-6x 3 pallets twice a day
Pl keep a gap of 30-40 minutes in 1 and 2
3. Arania Didema-200 6 pills at bed time every day
Pl take this treatment for 15 days and then give feedback

Hi, I am taking suggested medicine. Now yes I am feeling some better but my left foot is still having problem more than right foot. Can I continue the same medicine.

Hi,
Thanks a lot for suggesting me such a good medicine. It's been now 15 days completed yetserday. Yes now I am feeling confirtable but the issue is that at the time of stepping down the feet after getting up in morning or after long time of sitting, feels the same intense pain again. Also if I walk for long time then the same pain is felt.
Please suggest, can I continue the same medicine or needs to change.

1. In place of Arania Didema-200, pl take Calc Carb-200
2. Bulberis Velgeris-Q 3 drops in one teaspoon water for twice a day

Hi,
It's been now 15+ days completed. Now the pain is increased in the morning time and after long time of sitting.
