small hard bump in upper jaw

i am 34 yrs male. i have a small bony (very hard)bump on my upper jaw right side from last 7-8 yrs. when i visited doctor 5-6 yrs back he said it is not harmful unless it start growing. It is not visible i can only feel it by touching through tongue or finger. i have very much problem of allergy, snizzing and sinusitis. but from last 6-7 months when ever i have runny nose or allergy like snizzing frequently it has irritation, pressure and mild pain..like some thing pinning. though i have never taken any pain killer for mild pain. some time the pain and pressure disappear for couple of days but starts again. when it has pain then behind my right side eye, below eye and right side forehead has also mild pain. from last couple of month i am also filling some irritation in my right ear (not always only some time like once in day ). last month i have little bit swelling also below my ear but that was gone in 1 week without any medicine. the bump in jaw is very hard and no pain when i press it. only felling pain internally in the bump. right nose is also seems to be block and dry in respect of left nose.
i have allergy problem from last 10 yrs. sinusitis problem from long time.
also have Gastro and acidity problem. when ever i take medicine for gastro and acidity it always in control. from last 2 month i am on continue medication for gastro and acidity it is under control right now. i have always red skin, or burning sensation on my tongue (pin of the tongue mostly) and in inner cheek i frequently have red mark and burning sensation. doctor says it is allergy and due to allergy u have also the problem of stomach. but i am more concern for bump in my right jaw. is it due to allergy or due to sinusitis. please suggest.
