pain in full legs with little swelling

Hello Doc,

Please advice, I had started morning walk from last 3 weeks ,as we all known when we started exercise after long time body pain comes and after 3-4 days it will disappear, but my problem is that still my legs pain not gone and its too much paining also swelling in knee and ankles,

What I had did:
taken one dose of rustox 200
messase leg with olive oil and also use hot belt but getting only little relief,now please tell me what I do.
even now if I walk less then pain increase.

What makes the pain better and what makes it worse?

How does the pain increase or decrease with the following actions:

-Starting to walk

-Continuing to walk for some time

-Being at rest after a long walk

-Massaging or rubbing the affected area

-Hot application on affected area

-Cold application on affected area

-Pressure or bandage on affected area

What is the sensation of the pain in your own words? What is the exact location of the most affected part?

Hi,

when am using hot belt I get some relief and I never take cold application coz my hb is 8.5 and due to that my blood circulation affected,so am using only hot application.
on pressure of affected area I feel good,messaging also gives some relief but if I stop messaging then it irritates me.
pain like when we go out and walk whole day and then we feel pain same pain I feel.
my pain is not bearable on knee and ankle.i immediately need to use hot belt to get some relief.

You may try CAUSTICUM 30C once every 4 to 6 hours for 2 days only and see if there's a change in the intensity of the pain.

If 30C doesn't create any response, please try 200C potency some 4 to 6 doses maximum, each dose 6 hours apart.
