Another case of ED - few doubts

Hello my friends,

This is my first post, so please forgive for any mistaken concepts.

I searched in the Remedy Finder and it seems I'm a case to be treated with Lycopodium. I've read in other threads that one should go with Lycopodium 200, but am not really cure what the 200 is related to, apparently it could be 200DH or 200CH, etc...

If anyone can help, I also would like to know if i should look for it liquid or some other way, and also the right dosage.

Thanks you very much,

Suricato

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
If you are using that program to find a remedy for a chronic complaint, it will not work. It does not show you the right way to choose symptoms, to interpret them into rubrics, nor does it differentiate the remedies in the correct manner. For chronic complaints it will be wrong 99% of the time.

Homoeopathy is too complex for a computer program of any type to prescribe correctly - even in acutes its success rate is very inconsistent.

The only way anyone here can give you this advice is if they know what the specifics of your case are. Potency selection is individualised alongside the remedy choice. You cannot go off other people's prescriptions in homoeopathy at all - this is a sure way to get failure.

Thanks Evocationer,

That's right, I better look for a doctor.

But when people say Lycopodium 200, what's the 200 related to?

Thanks!

The number after a remedy is the potency. Potency is a little hard to explain, although technically it is the number of steps that have been gone through to process the original substance into that remedy at that potency (so 200 would mean 200 times).

Potency is an important part of treatment, and it must be correctly prescribed as well as the right remedy. Too high and you can either have no reaction at all, or have an overreaction with serious consequences.

I see... I imagined it was that, just thought it was related to the Hahnemann Decimal or Centesimal measures...
