Then how to repeat natrum mur 30 c

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
What is this situation? Why are you taking Nat-mur, who prescribed it for you? How are you taking it? What have been the results so far?

depression anxiety phobic grief, Feelings grief, history of mdd, anxiety.oily skin.sensitive to all external impression.
Taken one dose of 30c only.felling aggression now which will well tolerated in past years.
This time self medication with materia media.
