cold feets.craking noise in all joints even in foot and hand fingers
Sir i have cold feet,chilly sensation in feets even in warm socks other body is ok in that temprature only feet are cold.symptoms better by walking and in daytime.or when I woke up.cracking noise in finger when I close my hand in wrist when I move in knee when I bend in foot fingers after every 10 minutes when i move then inside with the own force of feet fingures they make noise.but when I woke up and I bend foot finger they does not make noise till then they are warm after putting my feet out of blanket then I will move fingers will make noise.having this problem from last 5 months after using pulstilla 200c for 15 days at night sudden attack of cough so I quit pulstilla.before I had totally opposit situation my feet and hands used to burn in summer in hot weather.at that time washing with cold water gives release.i tried to antidote pulstilla in using low potency 6d nux vomica coffe camphor cammomila but no use.nachiii on 2014-05-01

from last 2 years I am abroad.dont know enough langauge to communicate.but I went to doctor told him this sumptoms of feet.he checked the blood pressure it 2as normal.and sugessted the exercise before going to sleep.and i asked him to normal blood tests.took date for blood test that is 8 may.dont know which blood test he will perform.before that I dont had this symptome.i am 99 percent sure pulstilla is reasone of this.first I tried to antidote but no use now I am doing google a medicine which have 2 symptoms first cold feet and second cracking sound of joints.
I have other issue.age 23 from last 4 years depression..first I took allopathy for 6 months.after that I started homeopathy because I wanted complete cure.allopathy unfortunately does not do that.allopatgy gave some benifit but not so such.i took homeopathy 1 year under supervion of homeopath.after that when I move abroad here homeopathy consulatncy is unafoardable for me.So I use to study medicine.last medicine which I strated in january 2014 was agnus castus It gave a lot benifit for one month I felt I am cured like homeopath say if homeopathy remedy is correctly chosen then you will have aggrivation.i had after that dryness of skin cracked on one place.metally very happy.no other symptom or any extra symptom.metally calm.then cold feet came again after that improvement slow.i changed agnus caustus potency first in high then in low I thougt I required some other potency then In low.low potency made stomach over active and bowl symptoms.so came back to 1000 potency.it is giving some benifit but slow.
For what I am trying to antidote???
I think pulstilla is stoping or intrupting in agnus castus so I want to antidote or looking for a medicince that will cure these two symptom.i think these two symptoms are different from agnus castus picture.and these are due to pulstilla.

Do not eat balance diet but walk around 1 killometer every day.vegitable intake is low.but use to eat some fruits.only eats few vegitabels sometimes..

Sir if you tell me all possible medicine according to my symptom so i can get those in time.because in 4 days my friend is coming from pakistan I can get those medicine form there at cheap cost.here in germany are bit costly for me because always I run in short in short of mony.
Sir it would be very nice of you if you would take a deep look on those two symptoms.i searched a lot in last few month but unable to find out what to do.unable to think what should be my next step to antidote or to wait or to find a medicine for new symptom of this cold feet.antidoting I have tried.

If you are sure its Pulsatilla, then stop using it. Drink some black coffee, eat some mint leaves and probably Puls will be antidoted.
