This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Yes there is and more information is needed to help you.- The first thing you
have to RULE OUT- is the physical body- When did you last get checked by
the doctor for blood tests, overall health and also have your teeth checked.

********************************************************************************

OCD- What has gone on in your life- before this began- what traumas?

The thought that the family member might die-

Usually there was some other traumatic incident earlier on-
someone got sick, some person was abusive, you were somewhere when
something happened .

thanks for reply.
my ocd developed when i was 17. actually some cousins were talking about different religions that if we study books of other religion, we start thinking that these are right. this thought continues circling in my mind for 2 years and then suddenly panic attacks starts. i love my religion(Islam) very much. this thing that other religion may be right, and my religion may be wrong remains in my mind and upset and depressed me very much.

Hi yasir,

I have more questions for you.-

I would like you to know, that everyone who has panic attacks feels the same way as you do. Like they are going
to die, they are going to go insane, people won't put up with them, etc- these all go with a panic attack.

In homeopathy- one has to match your symptoms with a lot of details - We need to find out the details about
your health BEFORE you got panic attacks. When the remedy matches those things, your immune system and
nerves get stronger and then you won't have panic attacks.

1. Please make a timeline for me of every illness you have had up to now. How it was treated, and what
was going on before the illness ( even if it seems that it has nothing to do with it)

REMEMBER THESE ANSWERS ARE FOR BEFORE PANIC ATTACKS

2. What weather did you really like before the panic?
hot and dry, hot and humid, cool and dry, cool and humid, etc

3.what weather did you really not like before panic?

4. Do you feel the need for air flow in the room? Did you want to walk in the open air>

5.How do you feel about sun exposure?
How do you like your food? Warm?
How do you like your drinks? Warm or cold?

5. What food did you really crave?
What food did you hate?
What taste do you really like- sweet, sour, bitter, salty>

6. Do you cry?

7. Did you like consolation, sympathy and attention before the panic attacks?

8. For how long have you felt others are better than you? And why?

9. How did you feel about sitting> standing. lying down? Were you restless and needed to move?

10.how did you react to drafts? snow? changes of weather? warmth? warmth of the bed?

11.Did you have colds easily? Are there any cold parts of your body before this?

Hi-

Please buy Arsenicum Album 30c and
30 or 30c or ck or ch are the same thing.

Start out with 30c-

Take 3 pills and dissolve them in two tablespoons of water- then take one tsp.
for a dose.

Do this once in the morning and once in the evening.
Do not have coffee or use strong onion, garlic on the day you do this.

Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes before and after taking the remedy.

Report back to me 24 hours after the last dose and tell me what happened.

Regards,

Yasir,

Do I understand correctly-- that you went to a homeopath
and he prescribed you Arsenicum Album 200c???

Or did you decide this for yourself?

There are the right remedies in homeopathy to take care of this.
When anyone has panic they feel they are going crazy and
and have fear of death, etc. This is not true, it is just what
happens when you get too nervous and your body is
releasing too much adrenaline bc you are too nervous.

Please advise me of the area you live in-I want to look up other people
that you can see who I think can help you better in person.
