Gynecomastia

I am a male, 21 yrs old and I have been suffering from very gynecomastia for about 8 years. I healthy, and very fit, except for the presence of breast tissue. When it catch cold it come back in shape. My chest nipple are puffy. I really need some help to cure this disorder. This has really made me self-conscious. when u touch on brest ,u can feel a ring type of shape.There is no any pain.
Is it possible the gynecomasita is cured by Homoyopath..???
