Chronic Urinary disorder

I’m 36 years old unmarried male residing at New Delhi, India.
I have been suffering from frequent urination and sensation in bladder all time during day for past 18 years.
It started in the year 1995 when I was appearing for my board exams. I was nervous from exams and started passing urine every half an hour. It went on several years and due to my ignorance I never considered it a problem till the year 2009. In this year I have been diagnosed with kidney stone less than 5mm size each in both kidneys. I contacted an urologist and he prescribed me some medicine. In the mean time, I discussed my frequent urination problem with him. Ultrasound is done and there is no abnormality found in my kidney and bladder. However, the post void urine is high approx 80 ml found.
Then an “Uroflowsys” is done and I was again prescribed some medicine. Almost no relief and I had to gone through “Hydrodistention of bladder”. I was relieved for couple of days but it started again. Then I finally decided to tackle this problem through homeopathy. I saw a local homeopath and took his prescribed medicine for almost 9 months. I didn’t get benefitted at all. However, I started bladder training my own and am able to hold the urine for more time but sensation is not gone. I stopped all medications. The local homeopath didn’t tell me the medicine name at all.
Now for past one month, I have again started to take homeopathy medicine.
Almost one month back I took NUX VOM 30 twice a day for 7 days for my mild constipation problem. And Equisetum hiemale mother tincture 7-8 drops in water for 7 days for urination problem.
I’m relieved with constipation but there is no improvement in my main problem of Urine frequency. Then after 5 days of this medicine I took three dosage of Argentinum Nitricum 200 in gap of four hrs for one day. It is almost seven days since I tool this medicine but I don’t see any improvement.

Describe your main suffering?
In a nut-shell my problem is
1. Frequent urination almost every hour in day time. I don’t have to wake up in night once I fall asleep to pass urine. No bed wetting .no involuntary passing of urine.
2. Sensation in bladder and tip of urethra as soon as bladder get filled and even after passing urine immediately. Never feels satisfied. It feels that some drops are stuck in urethra.
3. Post void urine volume is high:80ml. prevoid is approx 450-480ml.
4. Urge to urinate during and after bath.
5. Urge to urinate during and after passing stool.
6. Dribbling at the end. Urine stream is weak.
7. I can hold urine for 5 hrs if I have not drink water but cannot hold more than hour as soon as I drink 300-400ml water at one go. Sensation in bladder and at tip of urethra is there all the time.
8. Burning is intermittent after passing urine. It is not there always.
9. Itching in both legs. Burning sensation in legs after passing urine(intermittent; not always).
10. Drink too much water if gets angry and nervous.
11. Legs starts shivering if gets angry.


Note : I had bad habit of masturbation and excess tea. However, I stopped taking excess tea. It is two cup a day now. However, I could not get rid of my masturbation habit completely. It is once a week. I feel guilty after masturbation.
I have determined to get rid of this problem using homeopathy and with help of the experienced, kind and respected members of this forum. I have a strong belief in homeopathy and I hope I will be ok one day. I need your help to get rid of this problem of mine.

I’m mild myopic.-2 both eyes for past 5 years.

for almost 19 years. At the age of 15-16.

morning and evening. After having water in 400-500 ml at once.

aggravates: having water in 400-500 ml at once; after having tea; inside AC room, in winter and rainy season.
Ameliorate: After having buttermilk in large quantity I feel some relief for couple of hours

8. Do your think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)?

none

9. When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?
cold weather and dry.

yes : noise, smell and light. I like warm light and dark room

nail biting sometimes not always and talking to one self ,yes

- How do you feel about your friends, family, your children and especially your husband / wife?

I strongly feel for them .There happiness, achievement failure makes me happy or feel bad.

11. What are your fears and do you dream of any situation repeatedly?

yes I dream of any situtation repeatedly. I dream of failure in exams always. I’m scared of height and reptiles like snakes etc.

12. What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions?
I like sweet very much .I like butter milk too much

Normal.

14. How if your hunger: Less, Normal or Excessive?
Normal

15. Is there any kind of food which your body can’t stand?
none (I'm vegetarian)

Sweat heavily , no smell , sweat more :Head and Limbs

Mild constipation. Generally normal

18. How well do you sleep? Do you have a particular posture of sleeping?

normal and lying on stomach.

19. Do you think you are able to satisfy your sexual desires in general? No


20. How do you think you are different from others, if at all?

I'm leaving lonely for past 16 years and don't like gatherings .I am shy of girls and a bit reserved
