digestion problem

Hello, my problem is that i have probleme in digesting wheat. When i eat wheat i feel discomfort in my abdomen and feel weakness in legs and hands ,difficulty in walking and when i take another things like rice i feel good, from past 1 year this problem occurs ..my weight is too low and i look like a malnourished person. 4 years back i take a homeo medicine for increasing height and taken for a long period of time 7-8 months because it increases my height but my weight do not increases with height and i don't give attention to this thing and i started feeling weakness and no increase in weight and becoming weak day by day and my class mates started making fun of me due to my poor health due to which i get depressed and starting masturbation and loose all remaining stamina, face sunkened , loose my fair look of face but i stop this. Please any doctor tell me what i do , i am very depressed, not want to go anywhere just thinking of my probleme whole day and no any work, i am good in studies but due to this problem cannot concentrate on studies and feel sad.

I have very low energy in body but i want to do work, my appearance is tall but very thin body, there is no fat in my body,face is sunkened . My memory is sharp, Due to my poor health class mates making fun of me and due to my health problem sucidal thoughts come in my mind. I look like a malnourished boy.

2 - then i start taking a medicine for increasing height for long period of time around 7-8 months due to which my height increases very rapidly, continuing masturbation but my weight not increased and i feel weakness, no stamina and look like malnutrition .3- and after this when i am in class 12 , 2 years back my classmates started making fun of me , they make me feel more sad, dull and it is difficult to even sit in class , due to which i feel tired, depressed whole day and this thing continued for 1 year. 3- after that digestion probleme arises- diarrohea- when i eat something and just after sometime i feel pressure in my stomach and go to passing out stool and sometimes constipation this probleme continued for 5-6 months. 3- at last abdomen discomfort and trembling of legs, jerking of body.

42. How is your urine (details of color, smell, any blood etc.)- colour my urine is white, i passes urine in very less amount and feel very less pressure for passing urine.

Some sounds starts coming from my abdomen when i eat wheat and i feel it gets contracted , feeling like it is closed, and not allowed food to come, not easily taken the food,not expanding and comes out from centre and remains as such till passing out stool this probleme occur especially with wheat and sometimes fruit like banana, apple . And i am not married and i stop masturbation and one this also earlier when i masturbate i feel comfortable in my abdomen, but after some time same condition occurs and so i decided to stop masturbation.

I feel some tighteness at both side of abdomen above the region where kidneys are present and feel that my back side is also contracted and goes inside just as you say tightened by belt. Please reply sir i am waiting.

Sir one important thing is also to tell that i cannot sleep with keeping my legs straight , i fold it and bring near to abdomen and then sleep. If i keep them straight then pain starts in my leg.

Your remedy is: Pulsatilla 200c.

HOW TO TAKE THE REMEDY:
Please take two doses 12 hrs apart. Just two doses. Not daily.
Report back in 7 days with changes observed.

TIME OF DOSE:
First dose: At night before sleeping.
Second dose: 12 hrs after the first dose.
Don’t take any more dose or any other remedy unless I tell you.

PILLS/PELLETS:
If your remedy is in the form of pills:
One dose is one pill.
Dissolve the pill in mouth.

LIQUID REMEDY:
If your remedy is in liquid form:
Put one drop of the remedy in half glass of water, stir and take one tea spoon from it.
That’s one dose.
Use the same mixture for subsequent doses, if required.
Don’t refrigerate the mixture. Put it anywhere covered, away from direct sunlight.

PRECAUTIONS:

Headache: 30% better
Low energy level: 50% better
Anxiety: 40% better
Sadness: No change
Depression: Worse
And so on list all your complaints.

GENERAL INFO ABOUT HOMEOPATHIC PRESCRIBING:
If someone is giving several remedies, without waiting to see the effect of one remedy, then it is totally against the core principles of homeopathy. Such an approach is unlikely to give permanent cure, rather it may distort actual symptoms making subsequent cure even more difficult.

DIETARY GUIDELINES:
Homeopathy is not magic and it can only work when all other supportive strategies are also used. To make sure you are cured as fast as possible and stay that way please change your lifestyle to include the following:

1. Start eating half cup of low fat, plain, non-flavored yogurt with live cultures daily in the morning or with lunch. If you have homemade yogurt that’s the best.
2. Stop all processed foods e.g. white bread, white rice, white burgers etc.
3. Eat whole foods only i.e. whole grain bread, brown rice, brown burgers etc.
4. The bread should be high in bran content & the flour should be coarse ground.
5. Start eating a small bowl of salad at least once a day e.g. it should contain cucumber, carrots, salad leaves, tomato and any vegetable you like. Put a dressing of olive oil & raw apple cider vinegar and put some salt & black pepper to your liking.
6. Eat at least 1-2 fruits per day e.g. apple, orange etc.
7. Drink enough water so that your urine is clear. Yellow colored urine is a good indication that you are dehydrated.
8. Eat only when hungry and when eating, don’t overstuff yourself.
9. Focus on food only when you eat i.e. don’t divert your attention by watching tv etc.
10. Exercise:
• Aerobic activity e.g. Start walking at least 30 minutes a day for 5 days a week with your spouse/friend and achieve your target heart rate.
• Strength training e.g. Start weight training at least 20 minutes 3 days a week.

NOTE: Yogurt can cause increased mucus generation in some individuals, if you are like that, don’t eat yogurt. Rather start eating roasted black chick peas (also known as Bengal Gram) daily.

Before taking this medicine-Sir,One important thing my weight is too low i want to increase it , i am sorry , i forget to write this. This is also my main problem. please notice this point , this is very important for me. Without this i don't feel good. Is this medicine help me in increasing weight. I am waiting for your reply.
