doctor kadwa sir please help me

i am chandrama age 33 yrs,height-5.5 feet,weight 72 kg.my problem is gas forming in morning and eructation from mouth in morning.

my second problem is premature ejaculation,i ejaculate withine one minuite,i cannot satisfy my wife and i cant sex second times because no desire for sex and tired.

MY ULTRASOUND REPORT
LIVER-moderately increase parenchymal echogenicity of liver.the size is mildly enlarged and measure 16.7 cm in carnio-caudal dimension.echotexture is homogeneous.no focal lession is seen, no intrahepatic bilary ductal dilation.portal vein is normal measure 12.1 mm.
IMPESSION-MILD HEPATOMEGALY WITH GRADE 2 FATTY CHANGES.

MY LFT RANGES

BILLIRUBIN TOTAL-1.62 mg/d ranges(0.30-1.20)
BILIRUBIN DIRECT-0.38 mg/d (0-0.20)
BILIRUBIN INDIRECT-1.24 mg/d (0-0.9)
SGOT-77 iu/l RANGES (0-37)
SGPT-110 IU/L RANGES (0-40)
GGT -72 iu/l (0-55)
ALKALINE PHOS-157 (53-128)

does any problem in my liver why gas produce what is my problem.
