Help with weight /flab reduction

Hello Doctor,

I have put on weight little rapidly for the last one year. I have two kids. After the second one I did little mild dieting and did aerobics and lost weight and was toned. After that I was a little stressed and ate more quantity than needed. Especially rice and similar food, oily or fried items and I have always needed extra salt.
My body is average and not obese. I am 160 cms tall and weigh 61 kg now. Especially on the hips, thighs, flabs on the stomach, buttocks, and beginning of the arms and cheeks. I do exercise a little now and relax my mind. But to help me reach a good weight I need to reduce 10kgs( my actual weight.)
Please suggest me what homeopathic medicine to have, the strength , dosage and how long.
I donot have any other medical complaints. I have mild knee effusion which bothers me if I strain too much and has almost reduced a lot.
I am assuming little weight loss will help.. I hope if the medicine is stopped at one point it will not hit back and make me put on weight again(if the diet and activity is same)
Thanks

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Medicine is for an illness. You simply have to adjust your
diet and exercise at least 4 times a week, for 45 minutes.

Repeat what you did after the second child.

Homoeopathy is not weight-loss medicine. We cannot target specific things like that. If the weight gain is caused by a disease of some kind then it can be treated. If it is caused by lifestyle, patient behaviour, or external situations, it cannot be cured by homoeopathy. You are thinking of homoeopathy as if it is herbal medicine or orthodox pharmaceutical medication. Our medicines do not work like that.
