Breast firming

My wife age is 23y, and weight is 55 kg, but her breast size is 30 only.no problem in menses and no deseas , please give her best medication with quantity and time period for use also. Thanks

Pl give her
1. Sabal-Q 5 drops twice a day in 2 teaspoon water
2. Chimaphilla-1m 6 pills on every Sunday at bed time (weekly dose)

Pl take this treatment 15 days and then give feedback

Thanks R.P.Tamhankar for reply , can she use these medicine during pregnancy , no problem ? can she also use Licithinum 3x and Onosmdium-1m with this and how much ? please reply me
