Bee Stung my Dacshund's tongue

Hi

I have an adventourous dachshund and now the new with her is she was stung by a bee on her tongue..(She interferes with any moving object).

The vet treated her for emergency by injecting her with a anti histamine and an anti biotic as her tongue and mouth had swollen.I have to medicate her for 6 days with Clindapet Antibiotic and Prednesalone tablet, twice a day.

Is there something I can give her in homeopathy..the swelling inside her tongue has not subsided completely...she was bitten on 13th March.

If APIS MELLIFICA 30C is in liquid form, then how many drops must I use for the 4 doses as recommended by you?
