cold n cough

My 3 year son has blocked nose, wheezing sound coming out. Heis alsohaving brokenglass sounding cough. Worse at night. Whistling sound while he sleeps . No nasal discharge. He is preferring to drink normal water not warm water.

Please give her Arsenic album30c 4 pills or five drops in some 30ml water thrice for 3 days and report.
