Suffering from Anal Fistula.
Dear Doctors,This is Sai from Hyderabad. Working as a software engineer. I am suffering with Anal fistula from last 2 years on words. At first time, I visited one doctor, he did a small operation like he cut the area (where the pus is formed) and gave some antibiotics and ointment. I used few weeks. But it is not cured, again its paining and continuously pus discharge happening.
Then I shifted to homeopathy treatment. He gave some remedies. After 6 months my wound is cured. But later 4 months its again came. From that time on words its not cured. I continuously using homeopathy remedies but its not cured. Like few days there is no pain and again little bit pain started. Whenever the pus came outside, I am getting relief in this total period.
I used below remedies for Anal fissure:
Berberis Vulgaris Q Calc Sulph 200C
Hyperium 200C
Alumen 200C
Belladonna 200C
Calendula Q for external cleening.
Alumen 3X
Calnedula 200C
Silicea 6x
Arnica Mono
Present my situation is:
Still pus (thin yellow color pus 2 to 3 drops, following that light color blood or water type pus). Today I felt some pain very near to fistula area. I saw that it is looks like little bit hard in that part. If I press it, then pain is more. I don't know whether it is second fistula track or anything else. But pain is there and just beside of the actual fistula track. Today I saw pus smell, Its smell is very bad too. By the by some times pus came from anus center too. Because there is small abscess (it is center of anus at upper side). If pus is formed in fistula area, then I press in that place with finger, the pus some time come form that anal area abscess. This is the brief story of my fistula. Can any one please suggest me best treatment to cure it.

I am very friendly and easily mingle with others. I am very cool. I always think in a positive manner. Little bit impatient. I always give priority to my family more than work and money.
32. Aggravation (increases-time, season,)& Amelioration (Decreases)
previously it takes 2 days, but after taking the above medicine, it took 12 days

Left side of upper anus(half inch distance.
35. Side of the problem (Right or Left), (Upper or Lower part of body)
Left upper corner. 1cm gap from the anus.
36. Color of the secretions/discharges e.g urine, stool, sputum, Saliva etc.
Pus discharge is thick yellow color. After 5 to 6 drops it looks like mixing red and watery type (4 to 5 drops)
SO PLEASE SUGGEST FOR FURTHER COURSE OF ACTION. PLEASE HELP ME....
