C4-C5 herniated disc

Hi! I been having pain in the neck and I went to do MRI. MRI revealed there is a disc osteophyte complex, causing moderate spinal canal stenosis and spinal cot compression. Went to the neurosurgery he said I am gonna need surgery in the future but for now it should go away. Was taking naproxen for 2 weeks it got better, but now the pain came back. A lot of pain. Taking Advil for now. Any suggestions? Homeopathic maybe? Vitamins? Thanks

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
You can try the prescription of Cal Flour 6x once a day and Heckla Lava 30 c 2 times a day to resabsorb bony growth that causes pinched nerves and stenosis.

Google the article ' Aging Spines Feel Young Again' at homeopathycenter.org- read on this.

The other thing you have to do is have good posture, do not read in bed.
do not have the computer at wrong height, watch for repetitive neck
bending habits and change them, Sleep on your back with good neck
support as this lets spine readjust at night, get some massages, do stretching
type exercises and yoga.

Nice article Simone. Thanks for sharing.

One question, therein it recommends Hekla at 30c and Cal-F at 6x.

You have recommended 2x for Hekla, any reason?

I will fix it- I meant the Cal Flour is once a day and the Heckla
Lava. is a wet dose 2 times a day-but the details are in
the article.
