Plantar Fasciitis &Heel spurs
I am a 49 year old indian male ( weight:80 kg Height:5 ft 6 inches) who has been suffering from Plantar fasciitis for the last 5-6 years. My job involves standing/walking on my feet for about 12 hours a day. X rays have revealed heel spurs in both the feet. Pain killers have not helped. I have taken steroid injections in both the feet 3 times with no lasting results. I have done stretching exercises and wear shoe inserts with no positive results. I, then tried Platelet Rich Plasma injections in both the feet and after the 2nd injection, my left foot does not give me much problems, but even after a 3rd Platelet rich plasma injection, my right heel is giving me severe pain. Now the pain is mostly in/around the bottom of my right heel and it is always when I am standing/walking or getting up from the bed or chair. Long time back, I had tried Hecla Lava with zero results. I also applied Arnica cream on my feet with no results. The pain is unbearable and is severely limiting my ability to work. I would really appreciate a sure shot remedy to get rid of this pain quickly. Please help.Pajmeri on 2014-02-19

2. Calc Phos-6x 3 pallets twice a day
Pl keep 30-40 minutes gap between 1 and 2
3. Pl take one dose of Sulphur-200 at bed time on every Sunday
Pl take the treatment for 15 days and then give feedback

Mr. Tanmhankar, could you please clarify the dose of Rhus Tox 200. Is is 200C or 200X.

Tamhankar sir, how much is one dose of Sulphur 200C every sunday? Is it just one pellet per dose? I really have no idea about the potency and dosage in homeopathy.

Tamhankar Sir, you had asked me to report back after 15 days of treatment that you had recommended for my Plantars Fasciitis pain. I am happy to report that the pain in my foot has gone down by about 50-60%. Earlier, the pain would develop after just about 2-3 hours of standing/walking. But now, it comes back after about 5-6 hours of standing/walking. Tamhankar Sir, here is my feedback after taking the Rhus Tox, Calcarea Phos and Sulphur...
The pain in my right foot/heel has gone down by about another 20% and I am able to stand/walk a bit longer than I used to in the last 15 days. The pain is still there, but I am able to work without limping a lot. But when I come home at night and walk barefoot after removing my shoes, then intense pain develops, just like it was doing earlier. Can you give me any further advice? Thank you very much for all your help so far.

The pain increases especially after I get up and walk after sitting for a while. Sometimes the pain increases when I have been walking or standing for about 3-4 hours at a stretch. I must mention that while working, I always wear the Arch Insert in my right shoe. When I remove the insert, then the pain starts after about 1 hour.
I am thankful to you for your advice because the pain is now far less that what it was when we started. I hope that with your guidance, I will be completely pain-free soon.

Here is the feedback. There has been no change in the level of pain since last week. The feet are fine if I walk or stand for a couple of hours, but if I work longer, then it starts to hurt again. I must mention that on my days off, since I am not on my feet constantly, I do not have any significant pain at all. Of late, my left foot has started hurting, but not in the plantar fascia region. It hurts more in the ankle/meta-tarsal region. It may be because to balance out, I am wearing shoe inserts in both the shoes. My left foot earlier had healed of Plantar Fasciitis and I had no pain in it, but since my right foot had Plantar Fasciitis, and I was wearing an insert in the right foot, I started wearing an insert in the left shoe also. Please advise. Thanks.

The pain has reduced a lot. At present, it hurts only when I stand up and walk after sitting or sleeping for a while. It usually does not hurt much while routine standing/ walking. There could some reaction in positive way where the medicines are throwing the illness on skin side. There is nothing to worry.

Here is the latest feedback. The severity of pain is slightly higher that what it was in my last feedback. There has been no change in my work schedule. It is the same as what it was during the last feedback. The skin illness has been resolved.
