can anyone suggest cure

i am male of 23 years old
un-married
my height is also short i.e 5 feet 5 inches
chest 38 inches
waist 35 inches
butt/hip 40 inches
weight 85 kg
penis 4.3 inches in length and 2 inches in grith(round) in erect state
testes less than 1 inches in length
Medical History: No such medical history both in homeopathy and
allopathy
Physical Activity: Do not play any outdoor game.
Food: Take food rich in proteins. Love to eat rice. less frequently eat
fruits and rarely eat vegetables.
Sleep: Too much sleep of about 10-12 hours a day because of fatigue.
Sleep is sound.
Physical Condition: very soft muscles with excess of fat. Low physical
capacity to do hard work.
Problem
1)
i have a small penis and i want to increase the size of my
penis to 7 inches in length and 6 inches in circumference(round).
2)
in my puberty age i had done 4-5 times per day masturbation
as a result my penis and testees fails to grow of adult size.
3)
due to masturbation penis bends towards left side and also
further shrinks in size.
4)
over the head of my penis (glans) wrinkles are present. when i stretch
the skin of the glans i found that these are small growths present over
the glans.

i have also developed male breast and my butt and thighs
are too massive. this cause extreme trouble for me in
people gatherings. Itching remarks of people sometimes
cause me even to weap. I have heared that in medical terminology this
condition is known as gynecomastia. my body muscles are so soft as if of
female.

the above given measurements will also let u know that i am
very obese plz cure all my problems. tried to loose weight with dieting
but it is only temporary. started exercise but unable to get results.

i have difficulty in memorizing things and it creates problem in my
studies.

the quantity of ejaculatory fluid is also very small and the through of
ejaculation is finished. the colour of the ejaculation is somewhat
yellowish.

sometimes i also have pain in my testees.
tell me some homeopathic medicine i am very upset. also tell me the
time for which it is required to be taken. plz also tell me the dosage and
the store from where it can be bought. Plz prescribe medicine that has
permanent effect and not to be taken for a long time or permanently.
i am unmarried and do not want to be dependant on the medicines so tell
me the permanent cure.
plz tell me only those medicines that are generally available.

It is a genetic hereditary condition.
The only suggestion I can offer is to use hormonal glandular homeopathic preperations.
The following two may help .
Pineal 6x
Take twice a day for a week then wait for a week and take
Thymus 6x twice a day for a week
Then wait at least 3 weeks to judge results.
It many be necessary to repeat this cycle 2 or three times.
Also get Hypophys post 30
to use as a follow up.

Physiologic gynecomastia occurs in neonates, at puberty and with aging.
Potential pathologic causes of gynecomastia are: medications including hormones, increased serum estrogen, decreased testosterone production, androgen receptor defects, chronic kidney disease, chronic liver disease, HIV, and other chronic illness. Gynecomastia as a result of spinal cord injury and refeeding after starvation has been reported. In 25% of cases, the cause of the gynecomastia is not known.
Medications cause 10-20% of cases of gynecomastia. These include cimetidine, omeprazole, spironolactone, finasteride and certain antipsychotics. Some act directly on the breast tissue, while other lead to increased secretion of prolactin from the pituitary by blocking the actions of dopamine (prolactin-inhibiting factor/PIF) on the lactotrope cell groups in that organ. Androstenedione, used as a performance enhancing food supplement, can lead to breast enlargement by excess estrogen activity. Marijuana use is also thought by some to be a possible cause, but this is controversial.
Increased estrogen levels can also occur in certain testicular tumors, and in hyperthyroidism. Certain adrenal tumors cause elevated levels of androstenedione which is converted by the enzyme aromatase into estrone, a form of estrogen. Other tumors that secrete hCG can increase estrogen. A decrease in estrogen clearance can occur in liver disease, and this may be the mechanism of gynecomastia in liver cirrhosis. Obesity tends to increase estrogen levels.
Decreased testosterone production can occur in congenital or acquired testicular failure, for example in genetic disorders such as Klinefelter Syndrome. Diseases of the hypothalamus or pituitary can also lead to low testosterone. Abuse of anabolic steroids has a similar effect.
Although stopping these medications can lead to regression of the gynecomastia, surgery is sometimes necessary to eliminate the condition.

Medications are frequent causes of breast enlargement or tenderness, and hypogonadism of any cause, particularly primary hypogonadism, can lead to gynecomastia. Occasionally, the breast enlargement will reflect an underlying neoplasm that produces steroids or hCG. Underlying systemic disorders (liver disease, renal failure, thyrotoxicosis) can also result in gynecomastia. In most cases, the breast enlargement can be explained by an increased effective estrogen/androgen ratio acting at the breast itself. Therapy should be aimed at correcting any reversible causes, especially when related to medications, and treatment of any serious underlying disorders that are discovered, especially tumors. Medical treatment aimed at reducing the effective estrogen/androgen ratio, particularly with anti-estrogens, appears to be of some effectiveness
