reg:sleep problem
hi alli cant get a continuous night sleep for more than 7 hours....sleep disturbed oftenly some times due to dreams ....one doctor suggest me to use passiflora q???????help me

Arnica 6c in the water dose will help. It is made by dropping 3 globules of the remedy into 500ml water and you shake the bottle to ensure that you see bubbles forming. This should be done before every dose of 1 teaspoonful which should be taken before sleep.
You should observe that you will sleep deeply after the first dose and wake up refreshed.
