Oops, I messed up. I took Sulph 30C one dose before your reply got to me.... sorry... Please advise.
After making my last post (before taking Sulph), I felt that my right side headache had kind of triggered. I took Sulp dose. After a while a passed very frequently foul smelling gas. My headache became OK.. don't know if related to Sulph.
My tongue which was white-yellowish white in the back/middle has cleared off quite a bit. Apparently, since last 2 days my snoring is much more louder, since taking Sulph.

Hi
I have the onset to the neck pain today. I hope it goes off on its own but may not happen as I am at work and not resting at home.
When I woke up today, my neck felt stiff, and now it is mildly hurting, & my head is also kind of heavy currently. This usually ends up in spasmodic/throbbing pain in the neck & strong right side headache as mentioned before, if the pain starts increasing & not controlled.
I did not have a good bowel movement today. Although, I don't feel movement of gas in my abdomen, I am a somewhat bloated.
Please advise what to take to control the pain. I will only take the remedy if really needed, but I am getting a feeling that I am gonna need it today.
Last time I got this headache/pain was on July 11. I did get sometimes stiffness or mild pain in between but it was controlled homeopathically based on your suggestions or just went away due to the treatment.

I have not taken NV 30C yet, as somebody is bringing it for me.
My neck hurts badly & the pain is moving back & forth between the neck & right side of the head. I hope I don't end up taking Advil or some other pain killer to control the severity of pain.
No this is not due to any dietary indiscretion, I did not eat anything out of the normal.

Took NV 30C about an hour ago. Sometimes it looks it is under control & sometimes it looks I need something quickly, can't last too long.

The pain is still strong, keeps moving back & forth between neck & right side of head.
I am building up pressure (mild) in my chest due to the strong pain for long time.

I could not control my pains homeopathically & I had to adopt to allopathic remedies. I tried to leave messages on the posts as the conditions were worsening. I actually took NV second dose even before I got your reply.
Anyway, I had to leave from work, took Advil, applied Chinese Balm locally amongst other things to control the pain. By 11PM the pain was mostly gone.
This morning also I had mild pain & have taken aspirin to get rid of these acutes for now.
My legs were shaky alongwith pain in my left knees yesterday when the pain was subsiding.
The pressure in the chest was not new and this happens when the pain goes too much out of control. I was feeling nauseatic too that time. The symptoms were same as before on gas & distention during the pain.
Today, I still have mild pain sometimes on the neck & sometimes on the right side.
I am thinking to let the body normalize for a day or so before I start the treatment back again. In the meanwhile we can re-evaluate the symptoms/treatment.

Are we saying that coffee is the culprit and because of coffee the pain occurred?
I am trying to find the relationship of coffee with pain/treatment? I am not talking about the restrictions you mentioned but how coffee would come in the way of cure? | | |

I have been avoiding coffee etc. LIke mentioned before I was not much of a coffee drinker anyway.
Regarding pain, I still had to take Tylenol today. If I had taken a pain killer at the onset or controlled it homeopathically, I would have been fine. Since, the pain went too far in intensity, my system gets really messy & this is a classic example that eveb today I am not completely fine.
One new symptom has emerged, lower back pain. I initially thought that this was because of tennis I had started playing but I have not been playing for quite sometime & my lower back still hurts. This is worse when I get up in the morning. During the day, with any activity, I feel weakness & mild pain in the middle on the lower back.

I took NV 200C, 2 days ago.
My headache became ok after that.
Today, I was having some serious discussion with somebody at work & my headache triggered. This is the only other symptom which I know triggers my neck pain/right side headache apart from the periodic headaches.
The pain has not settled down & currently occurring on the right side. I feel really really drained out /very exhausted.
Please suggest how to control this pain again. Should I take NV 200C in water diluted doses. I mean few pellets in 1/2 glass water & to sip 1 spoon every 30 mins or so for pain control, max. of 2 -3 doses?

I took one "diluted dose mix" of NV 200C last night & went to sleep. When I woke up my right side headache was gone.
Today, my abdomen, although still gassy & bloated, feels lighter. I hope this can be sustained as this has happened before too. The puffiness/bloatedness on my face seen yesterday is low today. I see this puffines on & off on my face.. sometimes looks OK, sometimes looks as if I have added weight.
So I did not take Bry 30C, just NV 200C.

must avoid all acids...i.e.--coffee;tea;vinegar;fruit and juices;coca-cola,pepsi and the like;alcoholiic beverages;...etc
als must avoid----sour foods--salt--honey--milk
