Additionally, my tongue is still coated white easpeically on the back side. I have some puffiness on the top part of my cheek bones (not below the eyes).

I between one time I was very low in energy as I had written earlier, but now I am back to my usual.

As I wrote few days ago, I don't feel the same bloatedness in the body (overall as mentioned earlier), only in the abdomen. I am occassionally passing foul smelling gas. | | |

yes, lot of passing gas during stool. Also lots of passing gas right after waking up as mentioned before.
Yes, majority of the time passing gas is loud.
Rumbling is mostly felt in the center part of the abdomen but moves around in the abdomen. | | |

Like mentioned before, I prefer cooler weather over hot weather.
I cannot take heat very well, if I am outdoors for long time in the hot weather. I have not seen any aggravation of my complaints due to heat.
During Spring & Autumn, allergy season, is bad for my allergies.... but I have gone better/over this for sometime now as mentioned before.

2 doses daily natrum sulph 12c--no more than 3 days---stop usage if definite aggravtion or amelioration occur--
FOLLOW same restrictions as before---remember NO COFFEE or other acids ...also avoid all products made with refined white sugar.. | | |

I have 30C & 200C at home. Will 30C be OK to take?
Today in the evening I am having on & off, dull aching pain on my left side of my abdomen but feels nothing on pressing, so may be some accumulated gas... I don't know.

Update:
Yesterday, I took the Natrum Sulph 30C one dose in the morning.
Yesterday, I was having pain on the left side of the abdomen as mentioned before. Then this pain became stabbing pain, on & off, no pain on pressing. Then I took NS 30C dose (as mentioned above, no repetition). The pain continued & even became stronger. Then slowly it subsided. I did pass quite some gas. Again, yesterday, I was sweating too profusely, way more than my normal which is too much, while on outdoor activity. My T-shirt, shorts everything gets soaking wet due to sweating.
This morning, I don't have any abdominal pain. I did not have a good bowel movement today. I am still quite gassy. My stomach is still bloated. Sometimes it looks like I am 6 months pregnant.. sometimes it look like 3 months pregnant... just joking... in medical terms do u call this as "distended abdomen" or just bloatedness.
Last night & this morning, I am feeling little acidity & took a glass of cold milk to soothen it.
Today, mentally I feel a little light... but my symptoms fluctuate so much that sometimes it is hard to pinpoint till significant changes occur, but I think I have more energy mentally today.

OK - Right before Noon (before lunch) I have started getting stabbing/piercing pain again on the left side of the abdomen. The area is localized about 4-5 inches left of the navel in the abdomen. There is no pain on pressing. The pain is similar to the episode I had before except that the max. intensity has not reached plus it does not hurt on pressing locally. The pain comes & goes, & sometimes the intensity is very low & sometimes strong. I am a little concerned about it. Please note that this pain started before taking Natrum Sulph dose.

I have not been able to identify any changes occurring due to Nat. Sulph yet. This morning's pain subsided around 2PM. Then again the pain started in the evening around 6PM. Currently there is no pain, so the pain has been on & off. The pain in the evening was not as strong as this morning's. If this is the change due to Nat. Sulph then I don't know. I am only hoping that this pain doesn't grow anymore & just ends.

I would say about 3-4 months ago similar episode but the pain did not build into an infection. I just took some home ayurvedic remedies (not cure, just for gas etc.) and it was OK. The earlier episode where the pain was felt on pressing & I had to go to the emergency was about 6 months ago.
I believe there may not be any differences in the type of pain except for the pain on pressing problem. When I had gone to the emergency that time the pain had progressed quite a bit, I was totally exhausted (very very weak) & had a feeling that I would pass out & was slightly nauseatic & I had fever (low grade). Also that time the pain would be felt on motion & would feel that somebody took a big knife & poked it in the abdomen on the left side.

I did not have abdominal pain yesterday or even today so far, although I am gassy today. Yesterday, my abdomen felt quite light & not much gassy.
I have not yet taken Sulphur 30C yet & would take it unless told otherwise.

Oops, I messed up. I took Sulph 30C one dose before your reply got to me.... sorry... Please advise.
After making my last post (before taking Sulph), I felt that my right side headache had kind of triggered. I took Sulp dose. After a while a passed very frequently foul smelling gas. My headache became OK.. don't know if related to Sulph.
My tongue which was white-yellowish white in the back/middle has cleared off quite a bit. Apparently, since last 2 days my snoring is much more louder, since taking Sulph.
