Uterine and bladder prolapse

I would like some help with this issue. I will give a run down about me.

I am 34, have 4 live children, had 3 miscarriages.

My youngest is 8 months.

I 'got' the prolapse while pregnant with the 4th child. It resolved it self by 2 month pp.

Has come back now and seems to not respond to any exercises that I know to be good for prolapse.

The uterus is not protruding, but is pushing the bladder out. It is not painful but very annoying.

I am 6'1' tall, and 180 lbs. I am 'slimmish' but have flabby, fair skin.

I crave sweets a lot, so really have to watch that I do not eat them, I love fruit, which is just another way of getting sugar I know.

I can become very depressed to the point of not wanting to be alive, although I would not kill myself, as I know that is not allowed. Have wished to die though.

I hate to have relations with my husband, it makes the prolapses worse the next day, and so I do not want to. I probably would not want to anyways, regardless of prolapse.

I get very easily annoyed, by even the smallest things, and especially when my symptoms are very bad.

I am currently nursing and plan to for the next 2 years, until around age 3.

QUESTIONS:
1. Your age & sex
34 years female
2. Describe your appearance i.e. weight, height, body type (thin, medium, chubby, fat etc)

• Weight
180 lbs
• Height
6' 1'
• Body type (Thin, Fat, Medium) Medium to thinner build fair flabby skin

3. Your profession
Stay home mother, homeschooler
4. Describe your personality in at least 20 words (stubborn, easy going, always in a hurry etc.)
I am very stubborn, like to talk, but not to people I know. Dislike a lot of normal things like if someone comes over unexpectedly. Have either a very messy 60% house or very clean 40% house, never just tidy. Hate my routine life, like to go away alot. I can drop everything pack up the kids and go on a trip with no worries in about 20 minutes.

5. What is your main health problem & its symptoms
I have a bladder and uterine prolapse, also suffer with depression, and over eating (for me) not obese, but still too much. Depression seems more than likely to be somewhat post partum related
6. When did this main problem begin
I got the prolapse while pregnant, it cleared up two months post partum, and has now returned and seems pretty stubborn.

7. Can you relate any event or events which triggered this problem
I did get a new mattress, but have never had difficulties when sleeping on other beds before.
8. What makes the main problem better (massage, pressure, warmth, cold, lying down, sitting etc.) Sitting or lying down seems best.

9. What makes it worse (massage, pressure, warmth, cold, lying down, sitting etc.)
Standing up and picking things up, or pushing and pulling objects. I can not run, at all or it really falls out.
10. How do you feel mentally & emotionally during this problem (weepy, irritable, restless, sad, hopeless, fear of death etc.)
I feel very angry, and generally upset, not weepy but I can cry at night about how it really sucks!
11. What other health problems do you have
depression and eating control, weight gain. I would like to be 165 lbs, so 15 to lose

12. What makes these other health problems better or worse (explain each problem)
Depression comes and goes with no real reason I guess. I can be fine all morning and by 3 o'clock, I will be so in the dumps over what, nothing really just feel bad. I can feel better if I take st johns wort juice, but it just masks the problem.
I over eat when stressed, and prolapse stresses me alot. I tend to eat too much fruit.
13. How do you relax

I like to watch a documentary on you tube or sew

14. Do you normally fight or avoid confrontation

Very scared of mice and rats

16. What situations are you afraid of (e.g. heights, closed spaces, ocean, darkness etc) I am afraid of dark water, and that my loved ones are in serious trouble if they are even 5 minutes late coming home, or if they become ill I dread the worst possible case every time

17. What occupies your mind mostly
Teaching my children to be moral upstanding God fearing people in this world

18. How do you respond to consolation & sympathy

I don't take sympathy or consolation well, niether praise or compliments

I always prefer to be alone, except if the other is my husband or one child at a time.
20. How is your sleep
I generally sleep well
21. Do you have any recurring dreams
no I do not, but I have an old schoolmate of mine show up in every dream, but not a particular recurring dream, just a recurring person
22. What type of weather do you like and how it affects your complaints
I like sunny warm weather, just enough heat to be at the beach, but not enough to sweat. I don't think I will go to the beach if my prolapse is bad though

23. Do you normally feel hot or cold I really can't say, I am even through the day, chillier at night though around the base of my neck, upper back area

24. What type of clothes you wear (tight, loose, around neck etc) I wear a tighter tank top under all my other shirts, the top shirt is always loose, my pants are tightish, but most would consider them on the loose side

25. What foods you love (not what you eat due to health or other reasons, rather what you love) I love chocolate and ice cream, chips and walnuts and lobster

Hello, my 8 month old is just learning to pull himself up on furniture and such. He fell 3 days ago, and tore the little connecting tissue from the gum to the upper lip. It bled a lot, and now it is infected. The gum area where the connector piece was is worse than the upper lip connector. His lip is swollen, but not red and he does not cry if I touch the outside of the lip. The main issue is it smells very very bad, much, much worse than it actually looks. He has a fever of 101 but he also has a cold, I do not think the fever is from the infection, but it could be. He is also cutting his two top front teeth. He is still breastfeeding, and on food, but currently since he has got the infection, only wants to eat mashed up fresh fruit or salad greens. I have tried potatoes, carrots, goose meat, duck meat, oatmeal and kefir. He is nursing a lot, more than usual. Thanks so much if you can help with this as well.

Give him Arnica 200c, one dose right away OR Arnica 30c, two doses 12 hrs apart and report back.

Will review your case & revert.
