Help me on premature ejaculation

Hi,

I am 32 years old and have taken opiate (Dextro-proxyphene)for 10-12 years and now I left the same. I am not having paracetamol+dicyclomine HCL to just avoid sickness which i felt after leaving opiate drug.

I am married now and have premature ejaculation issue at a severe end. I ejaculate in foreplay. Its all bcoz of mind balance because leaving opiate worsen my premature ejaculation and if suppose i had lot of medicines which makes my mind heavy, i am able to perform better. I have used ayurvedic cure, i have taken dapoxtine which is half life SSRI and it solved a bit but that too sometime it won't work. I am agressive person, I feel tired all day long, i used energy level maintainers, supplements, multi-vitamins..no such benefit. I used Paroxtine anti-depressent for premature ejaculation and it worked very well but it is a hard and serious anti-depressent...please help me with a good cure...i heard lot of homeopathy medicine but also read lot of forum and felt that even it didn't work too well for people..please advice some miracle medicine
