problem, anxiety

i have a problem that gives me stress, it basically has to do with my brain and it gives me anxiety and panic attacks, it might a little stupid but i get caught up in panic attacks like how my face looks or that everybody is looking at me, i was wondering is there any treatment for this because when i have panic attacks my eyes turn dark i start yawning and the apperance of my face changes alot, i was wondering what is the best remedy to take or perhaps vitamin to give me comfort in the sense that im calm and arent as nervous, and lets my brain work normally, thank you.
