where to go from here?
I suffer from chronic headaches of migraine/hemicrania type. I've taken a couple of remedies and am not sure where to go from here.In general: Small, female brunette. Midle aged. Introvert. Work nights taking care of others. Worse in winter. Right sided headache in forehead with a sore sensitive skull, stiff neck, sore cramped muscles in shoulders, sensitivity to light, worse broken or lost sleep, better rubbing though rubbing also hurts like things are bruised. Prefer salty things. Aversion to standing. Sleeps on right side or with arms above head. Headache upon waking, sometimes better when I get up. Tearful at sad or sweet things on tv, or for others situations but can't cry for self when sad. Caring person, usually keeps anger to self. I can be resentful but usually just keep it to myself and try to 'fix it' some how. Usually better being active and productive but when feeling bad I can be a slug. Rectocele collects stool making bm incomplete at times. Urinary urgency especially if cold or hands in water. Nipples itch in winter. Nightsweats worse before and during period, hot flushing followed by chilly sweat, worse winter and with very little break between periods lately . Sensitive to remedies.
Several months ago I was quite depressed. A single dose of Pulsatilla 30c put me back in my usual mood.
Headaches getting worse in last year since returning to nightshift. A few weeks ago I took a single dose of sulfur 30c. Headaches much better, just a hint of one on waking. Nightsweats much milder. Nipples itching like crazy, especially on the right which was always worse. I might have blown it by repeating sulfur when I seemed to plateau a week after the first rose. Initially, I was more rested than usual, picked up an extra shift to work three nights in a row. Slept good one night after that and then couldn't sleep more than 2-3 hrs a night for several nights. Became a psychobitch - angry, irritable, forgetful and absentminded, malaise, aching, letters on a keyboard hopping around, no headache. Don't talk to me, don't stare at me, don't rush me. I often feel rushed.
I took a sepia 30c. Back to my usual mood, back to a very bad headache after a nightshift, nipples getting better, nightsweats haven't been too bad.
Psychobitch was not good. I don't want to chase my tail with remedy after remedy if possible. No homeopaths are near enough for me to see or I would. I take ibuprofen 600mg when desparate for a few hours of relief, maybe once a month, otherwise I just deal with it. I like to write and I'm usually wordy in my writing but I'm doing this on my phone and also trying to be brief but complete.
I'm considering natrum m., phos and arsenicum as possible remedies but generally feeling unsure about it and scared of psychobitch. I'd be very grateful for some insight.
Need to add: while I feel better moving around and getting exercise in general, I don't travel well. Not uncommon to feel nausea riding in a car and I have had many ear infections in my life resulting in severe ear pain when I fly. The car sickness was particularly bad after I took the sulfur.

Pain begins over the forehead and ends in the neck and shoulder
Worse forward movement.
With painful watering of the eyes.
Lessened by bending the head backwards movement
Migraine over the eyes, preceded by blurred vision.
With humming in the ears
Headache on right side. Concentration makes pain worse.
Throbbing, blinding headaches. Hammering migraine, with zig-zag lights
Too much food and drink. Headache with coldness and irritability
Headaches worse in the evening or associated with periods. Patient weepy.
Migraine begins in the neck, travels over the head and ends in one eye.
Left-sided headache. Pain as if the nail driven into the head
CUT PASTE THE SYMPTOM APPLICABLE TO YOU
1.Cracked appearance of the tongue with or without pain, hardening and inflammation.
2. Swollen,numb ,stiff,with pimples on it,white ,furred,.Bitter taste in morning with headache.
3.Flabby,resembling a layer of dried clay.Yellow coating at the base/clay colored coating.Taste sour ,soapy.
4.Clean red/furred,with headache.Dark red swelling.
5.Mapped.Swelling of tongue,appearance,grayish white,dryish,/slimy.
6.White/slimy/brownish.Seems as if it would cleave to the roof of the mouth due to dryness
7Yellow and slimy coating.Witish edges(sometimes),Insipid taste or taste lost.Lips , tongue and gums white

10. Yellow creamy coating at the back part of the roof of the mouth./ Moist, creamy or Golden yellow coating at the back part of the tongue.Blisters and sensation of hairs at the tip.Coppery /Acid taste
