3.5 yrs old kid suffering with cold, cough and fever

My daughter is suffering from heavy cold, cough and high temperature of 102

Doc has prescribed azitral 200 mg with maxtra syrup.

I have given hephar sulp 200 twice a day on day 1

As there is no change I have given ars. alb 200 twice on day 2

Again rhus tox 200 twice on day 3.

Still there is no change. Can someone advice

Color of mucous?
Type of mucous?
Sneezing?
Nasal drip?
Allergy attack?
How is your thirst ?
Are your lips or mouth dry?

fever? If yes, Got it suddenly or slowly?

If fever, are you sweating or not
If fever, what makes you feel bet

The room temp. Has dropped in last fortnight here.

She started sneezinh and running nose. No medication was given. Mucos has thickened and temp has started. She is shivering once ttemp touches100. No sneezing now. But temp is still 102.
