loosing weight

I want to lose weight as my cholestrol is high is there anything I can take? I am excercising, vitimins, etc

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
If your cholesterol is high take Cholesterinum 3x twice a day for 2 weeks and test results at the end of a further 2 weeks.

If you want to lose weight eat less.

I have since modified the dosage to just 2 tablets Nat Phos 6x to be taken after lunch and dinner as this is ample to reduce weight.

If you wish to bring your cholesterol levels down you can use Arnica 6c taken in the Wet Dose twice daily. Please read my other posts for instructions to make the wet dose.

thank you for your responses this is the greatest website. I also looked up on the internet flax seed and the oil. I grinded into my oatmeal 2 tbsp and took 1 tbsp of oil orally then you take 1 tbsp of oil w 1 other meal and oil at bedtime. I lost 3 pounds.

thanks, I checked the site, it was flaxcouncil because you wrote flazcouncil! anyway I have been told to take flax seed oil with every meal also to lose weight and constipation.

How long did it take for you to loose 3 pounds? I also want to reduce my weight and Nat phos 6x did not work for me.

What about your colostrol, did it go doen as well? in how many days.

I used Flaxseed and oil Friday night and Saturday I was 3# less. I have not tried the cholestrol yet need to run it by my doctor 1st and then go get a blood test.

Thanks for you reply. Please tell me more about it.

1. How much quantity of flaxseed you ate at a time?
2. How much quantity of flaxoil did you drink and how/in which form/directly or mixed with something?
3. If taking it for two nights you reduced 3 pounds then why did not you eat Mon, Tue and rest of the week?

Please help.

okay this is how I eat it.

Morning:
Oatmeal with 3 tablespoons of flax seeds ground,soy milk and half bananna.

1 TBS of Flax oil morning and before bedtime.

Dinner:
3 tablespoons in flax seeds ground mixed in my soy milk.

I am striving for 25-30 grams of fiber a day.

note:I eat fiberous foods for lunch and dinner.

Beans
black eye peas/1/2c 8
chick Peas/1/2c 7
kidney Beans 7
lima Beans 7
black Beans 6

I write down everything I eat and add my fiber up after each meal. Does this sound boring or what. Actually it is interesting and fun to do.

Example of a day:
8:00
Oatmeal w/1/2 bannana soy milk and cinimmon (oatmeal is not the instant kind and I microwave it), orange juice, 3 tbs flaxseed, 1 tbs flaxoil, 1 bran muffin (that is homemade not bought.)

10:00
pear

12:00
small salad w/carrotts, onion, fat free cheddar cheese, crotons,romain lettuce, tomatoe. I make my own dressing vinegar and extra virgin oil. 1 low fat cheese stick, chicken breast, soy milk.

3:00
apple
1/4 walnuts

6:00
soy milk w/3 tbs of flaxseed, salmon, brocolli, beans.

I work out 4-5 times a week.
2x week weights for upper body.

Thanks for your reply and being so detailed but my basic question is that have you consistantly noticing your 3 pounds weight loss every day since you start taking flaxseeds and oil?

of course not, that would be some miracle to shed 3 lbs per day and I would be a millionaire. It has stayed off as I continue to workout and watch what I eat.
