suggestion needed

Hi Doctor,

My father has been suffering with filariasis for the past 25 years. He went through operation 6 years back. Even though the swelling was reduced to some extent, still some swelling was left. Can u suggest homeo medicine for this, recently i heard that with homeo medicine it can be cured completely.he is 59 now.
Please help..!
